Order Cancellations:
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible and in a timely manner. If you decide you need to cancel your order, please do so by calling our toll-free number the same day the order placement was made, as we ship quickly.
Sorry Email Cancellations will not be accepted.
PayPal Payments: We provide the PayPal payment method as a convienance to our customers, our prefered method of accepting payments is via Credit Card. PayPal's transaction made via eCheck will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
Returns:
Returns need to be requested within 30 days of the order date. Initial and return shipping charges, are not refundable.
Return Policy Exceptions listed below.
- All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (please call). No returns will be accepted without receiving prior return authorization.
- Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original packaging and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. All returns will be inspected by our returns specialists.
- Partial returns and/or damages will NOT receive a full credit. Items damaged through "wear and tear" or due to return shipping damage will receive PARTIAL or NO CREDIT.
- Returned items will incur a "20% Restocking Fee" which will be credited towards your next purchase.
- Please return your product with "Signature Required" and insured for your purchase amount, as we cannot accept liabilty for items lost in transit. All Fees and Shipping costs associated with returned items are the to be paid for by the customer. We DO NOT accept returns that are sent COD.
- Full refunds DO NOT include the original shipping cost for items sent to customer.
- Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be delivered & inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.
- If an item is returned the shipping costs associated with deliverying that order are not refundable.
- All Bonus Items's need to be returned if the main item ordered is returned, bonus items that are not returned will have their retail value deducted from refund amount.
Refused Orders
Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges and minus a twenty percent restocking fee. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and after inspection by our return specialists.
Privacy & Emailings
We do not sell or trade your email address with 3rd party companies that may use it for advertising purposes. Your email address may be shared with other companies for such needs as providing you with a tracking numbers for shipped items.
Clearance Items Please Note: There are no returns or refunds on clearance items all sales are final. |
